Yes! All of our products are made from 100% real horse hair, and 100% hand braided and assembled. 

 If you would like a product made out of your horses hair. You have 2 options available to you. First you could make the purchase here on the website, and in the options section when making your purchase choose the 'Sending My Own Hair' option, then we will contact you with instructions on where to send your Hair. Or second, you can fill out the 'Contact Us' form and submit it to us, and we will send you an E-mail asking what kind of product you are interested in. We will work with you and develop a piece of jewelry that's unique just for you. Any of our designs can be modified to meet your desire, that's why it's called a custom order!

 Collecting your horses hair is easy, and your horse has so much of it, it won't even be missed!!

1- Give the hair a good brushing, then grasp the longest hair at the bottom of the tail.

2- Lift the longest hairs over to the side with one hand and with the other hand pull the shorter hairs away. Separate away as much of the shorter hairs as possible so you are only cutting the longest hair.

3- Cut the hair as close to the root as you can safely.

4- The finished bundle should be about the diameter of a dime. Tie a rubber band around the bundle. Please do not use tape, do not knot or braid the hair.

5- Put the hair in a zip-lock bag. Label the bag with your name and phone number.

       If you didn't send enough hair to finish your order, we at Outlaws can match your horses hair with hair we have in stock to finish your product for you! Or others arrangments can be made.

 NO! Please don't wash the hair before you send it. We will take care of that here in our workshop.

On average, it can take up to two weeks for your order to be finished and mailed out. Currently it is our busy season, and orders can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. If it is a special order then it can take up to four weeks. Every order is different. You can have a order rushed and done in a week but can cost up to $20 extra. Orders will never take more than six weeks. Unless it is being shipped outside the USA.

Hair will be sent back to you if specified or we will discard the extra hair if purchaser states to do so.
